You should just try it yourself. I've done that before, and its really easy. Just paint the base coat, then take a toothpick and dip it in the color you want the lines to be and swipe it across! Well obviously several times on each nail, but just try it first before you waste your money. If you don't like it, then you can go try to get it done.
