Yeah. First, you paint a clear coat on or a bright color to stand out. Then with clear nail polish, dab the newspaper print on your nail and let it stick. This must be exactly where you want it. I've tried this before and I tried to move it, but the newspaper print on the other side was already printing on my clear base (it's gonna do that). Then apply a clear base when done.
