What I do is take a cool color, paint it normally, put topcoat on %26amp; then wait till it's fully dry, then you take another color %26amp; paint over, then take a nailstick (toothpicks work fine) and etch a design into the wet layer of nail polish. if you're good at it, it look awesome.


I've gotten mine to look pretty awesome.


But it took practice.

dang! i havea really cute design that involves polka dots! its red w/ hot pink and white polka dots. or- you could do white with colored diagonal stripes. or the classic french manicure. you only need white nail polish and a clear coat. u dont have to have long nails either. u can easily create a long nail 'illusion' where u just make the white 'nail' line go furthur back. good luck!

paint 'em white, let your nails dry then paint them with black swirls

well jst paint your nails ur fave color. and then u can buy some nail stickers and stick em on and they look like real designs
grab a cocktail stick/or toothpick. and get creative
